IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE: Central Atlanta Progress (CAP) and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) have been awarded a 2005 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Supplementary Study program grant to further analyze the feasibility of converting Baker Street from one-way traffic to two-way traffic. The Baker
Street feasibility analysis is underway. Study findings will be finalized in March 2006 >> more
The JSA-McGill Livable Centers Initiative study served as the model
for the Imagine Downtown Focus Area visioning studies. The JSA-McGill
LCI recommendations will be incorporated into the larger Imagine
